Vivo V40e Expected to Launch in India in September 2024: Details Inside

Tech giant Vivo is all set to expand its recently launched Vivo V40 Series in the country. After rolling out Vivo V40 and Vivo V40 Pro 5G smartphones, the brand is expected to announce the third member of the family, Vivo V40e. While Vivo hasn’t confirmed the launch date of Vivo V40e, reports claim it will launch in India this month by the end of September 2024. The Vivo V40e is expected to come in a Royal Bronze color with a Titanium finish.

It was recently spotted on the BIS website which indicates an imminent India launch. The model number of the device is listed as ‘V203’.

Vivo V40e: Expected specs

The upcoming Vivo V40e 5G smartphone is expected to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset with 8GB RAM. It is said to run FunTouch OS 14 based on Android 14 and feature a sleek 3D curved design that will make it the slimmest phone in the country. The Vivo V40e is expected to have a 4500-nit display for good performance under the sun.

In terms of battery life and charging speed, Vivo V40e is said to pack a 5500mAh battery and also supports 80W wired fast charging speed. This fast charging capability falls in trend with Vivo’s recent other smartphones, like the T3 Ultra that came out recently.

Camera and other details are still shrouded in mystery and we hope to get more clarity about them as the launch date gets announced by the brand. The only thing tipped is that there will be a dual camera setup at the back along with an LED flash.
