The Korean tech giant Samsung is about to host its first Galaxy Unpacked event of the year on January 22, 2025. At the event, the company is expected to unveil the Galaxy S25 series, along with a couple of other items. Even though we’re closer to the launch event, leaks and rumors about the Galaxy S25 series don’t stop coming in. The most recent one comes from a Brazilian publication called tecnoblog.net.
What’s Now Brief, The New Galaxy AI Feature?

The blog talks about two new Galaxy AI features on the Galaxy S25 series: Now Brief and Gemini Integration. First, the Now Brief feature showcases useful packs of information on the lock screen based on different times of the day. As seen in an image shared by the publication, the feature offers a “Good Morning” message with the weather forecast for the day, along with the user’s energy score.
Then there’s the “For your route” message, which appears with an option to open navigation and play music. Last but not least, there’s the “Night Summary” brief that shows memorable moments from the day, along with information about the physical activity levels throughout the day.
Deeper Gemini Integration Across UI And Apps

The second feature that the report talks about is improved Gemini integration across apps. On the S25 series, Gemini should be able to interact with other apps on the smartphone. The leaked image shared by the publication shows a message saying, “Hey Google Gemini, list the places mentioned in this video and save a Note.” The process involves accessing two apps, analyzing the contents of the video, and then summarizing them in the Notes app.
According to a promotional image, which appears to be a collage about a few key specifications, the Galaxy S25 Plus will ship with a triple camera setup, including a 50MP primary camera, 10MP telephoto camera (for up to 3x zoom), and 12MP ultrawide camera. On the front, the smartphone will feature a 12MP selfie shooter.
