realme has announced a special compensation plan for all those who purchased the realme GT 7 Pro (review) before January 13, 2025. As part of their effort to maintain “fairness and appreciation for their loyal customers,” realme is offering a ₹3,000 official website coupon as a gesture of goodwill, perhaps because of the ongoing Republic Day sale.

How to Avail the Compensation

To be eligible for this compensation, you must have purchased and activated your realme GT 7 Pro 5G before January 13, 2025, through any of the following platforms:

  • the realme official website,
  • Amazon, or
  • realme offline stores.

The compensation application period is from January 13, 2025, to January 21, 2025.

After completing the registration, the ₹3,000 store coupon will be credited to your realme official website account on January 24, 2025.

Why is realme doing this?

In their official statement, realme emphasized their commitment to ensuring that all their customers enjoy equal value, despite the recent price reduction during the Republic Day sale. Here’s what they had to say:

“For our valued customers who purchased the realme GT 7 Pro prior to January 13th, we understand that the recent price reduction during this Republic Day sale may have caused some disappointment. To ensure all our GT 7 Pro users experience the same value, we are offering a special price adjustment to those who acquired the device earlier. We deeply appreciate the loyalty of our customers and are committed to providing the best possible experience.”
