Haier held its ‘Elevate with Haier’ event on 14 October, 2026, and it made one thing clear: the company wants a bigger slice of India’s growing premium appliance market. The company announced two products with the same message: a five-door refrigerator that disappears into modular kitchens and a washing machine that runs three drums simultaneously.
Haier bills both as “India’s only” in their class, but buying both brings the bill to ₹3,89,990, something to keep in mind.

In-Vista: A Refrigerator That Wants To Be Cabinetry
The key change that the company has made in its new In-Vista refrigerator is moving heat dissipation from the flanks to the base. As a result, the sidewalls don’t get as warm as they do on other refrigerators. In other words, you can make the appliance sit hard against neighboring units with zero side gap.
Then there’s the hydraulic hinge that opens the doors to 113°, along with an automatic closing action that engages at 45°. Despite its size, these features make the doors easier to maneuver. Inside, five doors lead to five temperature zones spread across 12 storage sections.
It’s the 66-liter Magic Convertible compartment that toggles between refrigerator and freezer duty (−20°C to +5°C). If you stock up on frozen snacks, the deep-freeze zone goes down to −30°C. Haier claims its sealed produce drawer keeps humidity above 90%, which improves moisture retention by two to six times.

Rounding out the package are the roughly hourly sterilization cycles, an auto ice maker, 270° interior lighting, and app-based food tracking.

M3 Series: Three Drums, One Footprint
For most of us, laundry day means sorting piles, queuing cycles on our machines, and waiting for our clothes to dry. The M3 tries to abolish the queue. It features two compact 1 kg drums for baby clothes, gym wear, innerwear, and delicates. Then there’s a 10 kg main drum that handles everything else.
AI Wash suggests a program or washing mode based on the load, and Smart Dose automatically meters detergent and softener. You can also tweak the cycles on the go through the app. Haier says Essence Wash, which sprays pre-mixed detergent onto fabric, finishes a full load in 39 minutes.

I haven’t tested either machine. However, the thinking behind them holds up for a specific buyer: a household renovating a modular kitchen, or one that washes baby clothes separately every single day.
