Xiaomi 15 Pro vs. vivo X200 Pro: Display
To kick things off, the Xiaomi 15 Pro features a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED display that supports 120Hz refresh rate and 3,200 nits of peak brightness. The screen’s resolution is 1,440 x 3,200 pixels or 522 ppi.
While the vivo X200 Pro’s screen size is similar, it has a slightly higher local peak brightness (4,500 nits) and supports a 0.1-120Hz refresh rate. The resolution, however, is slightly lower than the Xiaomi 15 Pro (1,260 x 2,800, 452 ppi).
Both screens support HDR10+ and Dolby Vision formats for handling high-dynamic range content on streaming platforms.
Xiaomi 15 Pro vs. vivo X200 Pro: Performance
Powering the Xiaomi 15 Pro is Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, which features two 4.32GHz prime cores and six 3.53GHz performance cores. Besides, the chipset features an Adreno 830 GPU, up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
Moreover, the processor is dramatically more powerful than its predecessor and scores excellently on synthetic benchmarks (2.7 million points on AnTuTu 10 on Realme GT 7 Pro and 3,217/9,509 points on the single/multi-core GeekBench 6).
In comparison, the vivo X200 Pro relies on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 SoC, which has a different core cluster, including a 3.63GHz prime core, three 3.3GHz performance cores, and four 2.4GHz efficiency cores. Further, the chipset features the Immortalis G925 GPU, up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
Like the Snapdragon 8 Elite, the Dimensity 9400 SoC is extremely powerful. Thanks to TSMC’s second-generation 3nm fabrication technology, both processors maintain high levels of power efficiency. Interestingly, the Dimensity 9400 does better in the AnTuTu 10 benchmark, scoring about 2.9 million points. However, the chipset’s GeekBench 6 isn’t as good (2,711/8,632 in single/multi-core tests).
In day-to-day usage, both processors should do equally well. And yes, both support on-device multimodal Gemini Nano, unlocking a plethora of GenAI features.

- 32MP (f/2.0, 20mm) selfie shooter, slightly wider than that on the Xiaomi 15 Pro.
While the vivo X200 Pro can also record 8K videos at 30 fps, it can shoot 4K videos at up to 120 fps (similar to the iPhone 16 Pro models). The cameras have Zeiss T* lens coating and Zeiss Camera modes for added aesthetics in pictures.
Xiaomi 15 Pro vs. vivo X200 Pro: Battery And Charging Rate
When it comes to battery capacity, Xiaomi 15 Pro takes things to the next level with a 6,100 mAh battery cell that supports 90W wired, 50W wireless charging, and 10W wireless charging.
vivo doesn’t leave any stones unturned, either. It has equipped the X200 Pro with a 6,000 mAh battery that supports 90W wireless and 30W wireless charging (slower than Xiaomi 15 Pro).
In 2024, we’re seeing the latest flagships feature a 6,000 mah or bigger battery cell. Going forward, that should be the new norm, partly due to the increased power consumption of the new-age AI-ready processors and partly due to the increase in the overall battery life of smartphones.
