TL; DR
- Realme C100i launches in India at ₹14,999 for the single 4GB+64GB variant.
- Gets a 6.8-inch 120Hz display, Unisoc T7250 chip, and 6,500mAh battery.
- Carries IP64 dust/splash resistance and a MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability rating.
Barely a few weeks after the C100x, Realme India is back with the C100i. However, this time, the smartphone’s entire pitch is something buyers in the segment should take seriously: build quality. So, beyond the phone’s battery and display, its durability deserves your attention.

Realme C100i: Pricing & Availability
Not long ago, smartphones with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage were priced around ₹10,000. However, thanks to the ongoing memory crisis, the realme C100i, available in a single 4GB+64GB configuration, is priced at ₹14,999.
The phone arrives in Skyline Silver and Midnight Black. You can buy it on the company’s official website and on Flipkart. Those who purchase it via Flipkart will also get a ₹1,000 discount with an IndusInd Bank credit card.

Realme C100i: Key Specifications & Features
What Realme really wants you to notice is the ArmorShell build. The C100i complies with the MIL-STD-810H standard. The company says it can survive a 2-meter drop, which might instill confidence in buyers. Drop protection is backed by an IP64 rating against dust and light splashes.
Beyond the design, the smartphone packs a 6.8-inch HD+ LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, which helps offset the price hike caused by the memory crisis. Under the hood, it runs on a Unisoc T7250, paired with 4GB of physical RAM (up to 12GB of virtual memory) and 64GB of storage. You can also buy a microSD card slot that takes the storage up to 2TB.

Cameras are quite modest by any measure: 8MP at the back and 5MP at the front. However, nobody is buying the phone specifically for photography. The sensor serves its purpose. The phone is powered by a 6,500 mAh battery, which is excellent for the price. With light to moderate usage, the phone should easily last over a day.

I’ll be honest. A 6,500mAh cell wrapped in a shell that can apparently shrug off a two-meter drop feels like exactly the kind of phone someone hands to a teenager, an older family member, or someone looking for a no-nonsense secondary smartphone.
