realme P4s 5G Specifications

The phone has a 6.78-inch Samsung M14 AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It can reach up to 6,500 nits of peak brightness, while the touch response can go up to 3,000Hz in supported scenarios.

Powering the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra, paired with realme’s Hyper Vision+ AI Gaming Chip. Memory uses LPDDR4X RAM, while storage is based on UFS 3.1.

For gaming, a 7,000mm² VC cooling system has been fitted inside the phone. Bypass charging is also supported, which can be useful during longer gaming sessions.

The battery is one of the biggest highlights here. realme has fitted an 8,000mAh battery with support for 80W wired charging. Reverse wired charging up to 27W is supported as well.

The rear camera setup includes a 50MP OmniVision OV50D main sensor with a 1/2.88-inch size and OIS, along with an 8MP ultrawide camera. A 16MP Sony IMX480 sensor handles selfies.

The P4s 5G runs Android 16 with realme UI 7. realme has promised three years of OS updates and four years of security updates. Note that the phone will be updated to ColorOS 17 next (not realme UI 8).

There’s also plenty of extra hardware here for a phone in this price range. An optical fingerprint sensor is built into the display, while an IR blaster, NFC, dual speakers, and bypass charging are included. The phone supports Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.4.

Durability is another area where realme has gone fairly hard. The P4s 5G carries IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings. And despite the large battery, the phone is 8.6mm thick and weighs 208 grams.

At around ₹32,000 after the launch offer, the P4s 5G has a lot going for it. An 8,000mAh battery, 1.5K 144Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 7400 Ultra, 50MP OIS camera, UFS 3.1 storage, NFC, and IP69K protection make the package quite compelling. The 8GB/256GB version at ₹37,999 also makes more sense if you plan to keep the phone for a few years.
