Does the Xiaomi Redmi A7 Pro 4G support 5G networks in India?
No, this phone only supports 4G LTE networks.
How long does the battery of the Xiaomi Redmi A7 Pro 4G last on a single charge?
You can easily get up to two full days of regular use thanks to its 6300 mAh battery. It supports 15W fast charging to top it up via its Type-C port when you run low. Plus, it can act as a mini power bank with 7.5W wired reverse charging to help power up your accessories.
What kind of cameras does the Xiaomi Redmi A7 Pro 4G have?
On the back, you get a clean 13 MP primary camera that handles casual daylight clicks well. Over on the front, there is an 8 MP selfie shooter nestled in a waterdrop notch for video calls and quick snaps. Both setups are optimized for natural skin tones and basic social media sharing.
How many software updates will the Xiaomi Redmi A7 Pro 4G get?
Xiaomi is offering an impressive commitment for a budget device, promising 4 years of major Android OS upgrades alongside 6 years of security patches. It comes right out of the box running Android 16 with the custom HyperOS 3.0 skin. This means your phone stays secure and feature-rich well into the future.
How big is the display on the Xiaomi Redmi A7 Pro 4G, and does it support high refresh rates?
It packs an absolute beast of a display coming in at a massive 6.9 inches. It features a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, which makes scrolling through apps feel incredibly fluid. Can I expand the storage on the Xiaomi Redmi A7 Pro 4G if 64GB isn't enough?
Absolutely! The phone comes with a dedicated MicroSD card slot, allowing you to expand the storage by up to 2TB. That gives you plenty of extra breathing room for photos, music, and heavy video downloads without having to worry about running out of space.
Does the Xiaomi Redmi A7 Pro 4G have a physical fingerprint scanner and a headphone jack?
Yes, you get both! There is a quick, reliable side-mounted fingerprint sensor integrated right into the power button for easy unlocking. It also retains the classic 3.5mm headphone jack at the bottom, so you can plug in your favorite wired earphones without needing an annoying dongle.
Is the Xiaomi Redmi A7 Pro 4G waterproof or dust-resistant?
It features an IP52 rating, meaning it is protected against everyday dust accumulation and light accidental splashes of water. Just keep in mind that it cannot handle being fully submerged in water or taken for a swim. Xiaomi also added Wet Touch 2.0 technology, so the screen remains responsive even if your fingers are damp.
What processor powers the Xiaomi Redmi A7 Pro 4G, and can it handle gaming?
The phone runs on an octa-core Unisoc T7250 processor combined with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM. You can also unlock up to 4GB of virtual RAM using its built-in memory extension feature. It handles everyday tasks like WhatsApp, YouTube, and light gaming just fine, though it will struggle with heavy, graphic-intensive 3D titles.
