Out of the box, the iQOO 13 ships with a 6.82-inch AMOLED screen with a 3168 x 1440 resolution (510 ppi) and a variable refresh rate (up to 144Hz). Further, the screen supports 4,500 nits of peak brightness. Although the company doesn’t specify it, we believe it is the local peak brightness, as opposed to the global peak brightness, which is limited to 1,800 nits.
In comparison, the Oppo Find X8 has a slightly smaller screen. We’re talking about a 6.59-inch AMOLED screen with a 2760 x 1256 (460 ppi) and a variable refresh rate (up to 120 Hz). Like the iQOO 13, the FInd X8 can also achieve 4,500 nits of peak local brightness. However, the screen maxes out at 1,600 nits of peak brightness in the high-brightness mode.
Even though the iQOO 13 has a bigger screen, it is the sharper and brighter of the two. However, those looking for a smaller-screen phone can surely go with the Find X8.
iQOO 13 vs. Oppo Find X8: Performance
Under the hood, the iQOO 13 runs on Qualcomm’s latest mobile platform, the Snapdragon 8 Elite. It features an octa-core CPU with two 4.32 GHz prime scores and six 3.53 GHz performance cores. With a powerful processor, the phone features up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage.
The chipset is based on TSMC’s N3E fabrication technology, which consumes 44% less power than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Further, the chipset features the Adreno 830 GPU and a capable NPU that supports on-device multimodal Gemini Nano. As tested on the Realme GT 7 Pro, the chipset scores about 2.7 million points on the AnTuTu 10 benchmark and 3,217/9,509 points on the single/multi-core GeekBench 6 benchmark test.
Along with the Snapdragon 8 Elite, the iQOO 13 comes with a custom Q2 gaming chip that helps with super-resolution (2K) gameplay while maintaining higher frame rates (144 fps). Hence, if your priority is gaming, iQOO 13 should provide slightly better results than Find X8.

The CPU is accompanied by up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage (slower than the UFS 4.1 storage on the iQOO 13).
Like the Snapdragon 8 Elite, the Dimensity 9400 SoC is also based on the TSMC’s N3E fabrication tech. Besides, the chipset comes with the Immortalis-G925 GPU and a powerful NPU that supports on-device Gemini Nano (multimodal). On AnTuTu 10, the processor scores around 2.9 million points on the vivo X200 (higher than the Snapdragon 8 Elite score).
However, on GeekBench 6, the processor scores only 2,711/8,632 points (less than the Snapdragon 8 Elite). Moreover, users shouldn’t face any issues with day-to-day tasks, multitasking, and demanding workflows like playing video games, editing videos, etc.
