Redmi 9i with Helio G25, 5000mAh battery starts in India at ₹8,299

Lately, Xiaomi has been taking a staged approach for unveiling its budget launches. Today, the company introed the Redmi 9i, which adds to the 9 club which already includes the Redmi 9, Redmi 9A, and Redmi 9 Prime. Like the similarity in their names, the ingredients, and measurements remain more or less the same.

Redmi 9i features

Redmi 9i sports a 6.53″ IPS LCD HD+ display with a waterdrop notch. Inside the indent lies a 5MP selfie snapper. Rotate to the rear and there you have a 13MP camera.

The phone ships with the Mediatek Helio G25 chipset, coupled with 4GB RAM and 64/128GB memory configuration, 5000mAh battery. The box bundles a 10W charger. The software is MIUI 12 based on Android 10.

The rest of the paraphernalia consists of a 3.5mm jack, dedicated memory card slot (up to 512GB), Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi, among other things.

Redmi 9i Price and Availability

Xiaomi has priced the Redmi 9i 4+64GB at a price of ₹8,299 while the larger 4+128GB at ₹9,299 in India. The phone will go on sale via Mi.com and Flipkart on September 18 at 12 pm.
