TL; DR
- The OPPO Find X10 Ultra is tipped to feature a 6.89-inch 2K 144Hz flat display and a 200MP LOFIC main camera.
- OPPO is reportedly testing dual periscope telephoto cameras, including a 200MP 3x zoom and a 50MP 10x zoom.
- The phone could use a Snapdragon or MediaTek chipset and is expected to launch in the first half of 2027.
OPPO has already launched the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max in India, but its higher-end Find X10 Ultra is still in development. A new leak from tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo has revealed several details about the upcoming flagship.
OPPO Find X10 Ultra Leaked Specifications
According to the leak, the Find X10 Ultra will feature a 6.89-inch BOE X4 LTPO OLED display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The panel is said to have a flat design.
The main camera could use a 200MP HPA or HPU sensor measuring around 1/1.12 inches, with LOFIC technology. LOFIC is a hardware-based approach to improving dynamic range, helping the sensor capture more detail in bright highlights and dark areas.

The phone is also tipped to feature two periscope telephoto cameras. OPPO is reportedly testing a 200MP sensor measuring around 1/1.28 inches for roughly 3X optical zoom. This is going to be the Samsung HPC sensor that we’ve already seen on the Find X10 Pro Max’s main camera with Deep Pix.
For longer-range shots, the company is evaluating a 50MP Samsung GN8 sensor measuring around 1/1.95 inches for 10X zoom. A smaller 50MP 1/2.75-inch sensor is also listed as a possible alternative for the long-range camera, if Samsung fails to produce enough GN8 sensors on time.

The engineering prototype has also been seen with a 200MP ultra-wide camera with a sensor measuring around 1/1.56 inches. That’s the same ultra-wide sensor used on the Find X10 Pro Max: the Samsung HP5. The front camera, meanwhile, is tipped to use a 100MP square sensor. Sensor size and other details remain unclear at the moment.

These details build on earlier leaks that pointed to a large LOFIC main camera and a dual-periscope setup. The Find X9 Ultra already featured two periscope cameras, so OPPO appears set to continue that approach with its successor, potentially using larger sensors for some of the cameras.
Snapdragon or MediaTek Chipset Still Under Testing
The chipset choice remains uncertain. Earlier reports pointed to a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 series processor, but OPPO is also reportedly testing MediaTek 9600 Pro as well.

Battery capacity has previously been tipped to fall between 8,000mAh and 8,500mAh, with support for fast wired and wireless charging. The latest leak does not mention the battery or charging specifications, though.

OPPO Find X10 Ultra Launch Timeline and India Availability
The Find X10 Ultra is not expected to launch this year. Previous reports have pointed to a release in the first half of 2027, which seems the likely timeline.
Availability outside China could also be limited, much like the Find X8 Ultra, which did not launch in every market. Yes, the Find X9 Ultra was launched globally including India, but due to rising memory prices, it remains unclear whether OPPO will bring the X10 Ultra to the country.
