Key specs of upcoming Oppo F17 and Oppo F17 Pro smartphones have been shared on twitter by usually-reliable leakster Ishan Agarwal. The leaks claim that the Oppo F17 will be powered by Snapdragon 662 SoC while the Oppo F17 Pro will rock a MediaTek Helio P95 chipset. The information hasn’t yet been confirmed by the brand.
What Oppo has publically has confirmed is that the phones will be launching soon in India. The latest teaser revealed that the upcoming phones will be 7.48mm ultra-thin on the sides. In fact, Oppo claimed the F17 series devices as the ‘sleekest phone of 2020.’

Oppo has also revealed a few details about the Oppo F17 Pro cameras. It will pack as many as six cameras – four at the back and two on the front. The AI-powered quad-camera setup is led by a 48MP wide-angle while there’s a combination of 16MP + 2MP depth sensor on the front. Oppo is likely to bring some AI-driven innovations to its cameras.

As per Ishan Agarwal, the Oppo F17 and Oppo F17 Pro will include a 4000mAh battery with 30W VOOC fast charging support. He claims that the F17 series will be priced below Rs. 25,000. These phones are expected to launch in India next month.
