OPPO F17 Pro Diwali Edition

Oppo released Oppo F17 Pro Diwali Edition exclusively for its Indian customers. Oppo F17 Pro Diwali Edition box brings a Diwali-themed mobile case and a 10,000mAh power bank inside. Diwali Edition Oppo F17 Pro has a new design with Matte gold paint and iridescent colors. Besides this, the smartphone includes the same specifications. It carries a 6.4-inch FHD+ resolution display with a dual punch-hole notch. Under the hood, the phone houses a MediaTek Helio P95 SoC and a 4015mAh battery with a fast 30W VOOC charger.

Design and Display

Oppo F17 Pro Diwali Edition is designed specifically for the Indian customers to match the festive mood. The smartphone comes with iridescent colors with matte gold paint on the back of it. The phone has a slim body with 7.4mm of thickness along with a light bodyweight of 164grams. The smartphone comes with a stylish phone case that has floral patterns all over. 

Oppo F17 Pro Diwali Edition comes with a color sAMOLED 6.4-inch display with a dual punch-hole. The panel has an FHD+ resolution of 1080x2400px with a pixel density of 405PPI. The aspect ratio of the phone is 20:9 with a screen to body ratio of more than 90%. Judging upon the screen configuration, the visuals are expected to be sharp and decent with the given PPI. For security unlocks, the phone sports an in-display fingerprint sensor. 

Performance and Camera

Oppo F17 Pro Diwali Edition runs on the Android 10 operating system with color OS7.2 on top of it. It houses a MediaTek Helio P95 chipset with a 2.2GHz octa-core processor. The smartphone has a massive 8GB of RAM for improving the background performance of the phone whereas IMG PowerVR9446 GPU renders the graphical input of the phone. The smartphone comes with user-friendly sensors such as a Light sensor, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, and Gyroscope.

Oppo F17 Pro Diwali Edition includes 4-rear cameras on a square bump with dual-LED flash. The primary 48MP camera is coupled with an 8MP ultra wide-angle-lens, and two 2MPs’ of a macro camera, and a depth sensor with autofocus. For assisting video calls and selfies, the phone has dual front cameras a 16MP+2MP depth sensor. The camera app has features like  Digital Zoom, Auto Flash, Face detection, and Touch to focus better the camera performance. Besides this, you can record UHD 4K videos @30FPS using the main rear camera.

Oppo F17 Pro Diwali Edition gets charged from a 4,015mAh battery that supports 30W Vooc flash charge 4.0 out of the box. Judging upon the battery capacity, a day power battery life is expected on normal usage on the phone. Also, it can be charged quickly using a fast charger.

Oppo F17 Pro Diwali Edition comes with ample 128GB of internal storage space. The phone has a massive storage capacity that can be used for stuffing apps and games. Also, it comes with an extra card slot that expands the storage up to 256GB.

Oppo F17 Pro Diwali Edition has the usual sets of connectivity options that include 3G, 4G, VoLTE that enable HD voice calls, and video calls on Jio networks. WiFi, Bluetooth5, USBv2.0 with OTG, and Type-C port. For online navigation, the smartphone features GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS.
