India is now one of the most happening Smartphone markets Globally and its only natural that all major players from around the world are drawn towards it. But thanks to the stiff competition, making inroads is easier said than done.

It’s imperative that brands trying to break in offer significant value at aggressive prices, and that’s something only industry veterans with years of experience in manufacturing and retailing smartphones can accomplish in a sustainable manner.

Even consumers today, particularly those who shop online, realize that popular brands offer lower value over competing products from lesser known brands. This makes India an opportune and fertile ground for OEMs that have the potential to deliver quality products at affordable price points.

One such player, Mobiistar, recently forayed in India with its ‘Selfie Star series’ phones. The Vietnamese smartphone brand was founded nearly a decade ago in 2009 and has since focused on making products for young consumers. The approach has helped Mobiistar evolve as a brand that holds expertise in making competent products at a reasonable cost – something that shall play to their advantage in India.

Mobiistar is driven by its vision of giving more possibilities to its consumers without compromising on their basic smartphone needs.

After establishing its stronghold in Vietnam, where it ranks among the top 5 smartphone brands, and before coming to India, Mobiistar expanded to other southeast Asian and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The company wants to make India its headquarters for global operations.

Mobiistar has already partnered with contract manufacturers in India and is looking to set its own PCB assembling line in the country. This is part of its strategy to manufacture phones relevant to India, in India.

To start with, Mobiistar has brought in two affordable Seflie Phones – Mobiistar XQ Dual and Mobiistar CQ priced under Rs 8,000.

The Mobiistar CQ, that costs just Rs 4,999, offers the best possible hardware and software experience in its class. The handset has an excellent 13MP selfie camera, a dependable 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon mobile platform, a long-lasting battery, and looks extremely elegant.

The next in line is the Mobiistar XQ Dual – a phone that offers an admirable pair of dual selfie cameras for just Rs. 7,999. Apart from being one of the best selfie phones that you can buy in the sub Rs 10,000 price bracket, the XQ dual offers a gorgeous display, solid and elegant metal unibody design, well-optimized software, smooth performance, and a long-lasting battery.

Both of these phones – the CQ and XQ Dual – deliver remarkable value for money. Moreover, no other affordable phone comes close as far as selfie camera performance is concerned. Mobiistar has managed to pack the best possible hardware a consumer would expect in their respective classes, and that has only been possible because of years of smartphone making experience it holds.
