Although we’re already in the second month of the year, automakers in the country are facing trouble clearing out their MY2024 stocks. That’s partially due to bleak demand and the inflation in vehicle prices. It is a common problem for all the leading brands in the country, including Hyundai. To remedy the situation, the company has increased the discounts even more on four products: Grand i10 Nios, i20, Aura, and Exter.

Hyundai Grand i10 Nios

First, let’s talk about the most affordable vehicle Hyundai has on offer, the Grand i10 Nios. As per the latest reports, the car is currently available with discounts reaching up to Rs. 68,000 for the M4Y2024 stock. Further, if you negotiate well with the dealer, you might be able to carve out a better deal for yourself (this applies to most MY2024 vehicles).
To give you some idea about the car, it comes with a 1.2-liter Kappa engine (four-cylinder) that produces 82 bhp of maximum power and 113.8 Nm of peak torque. Further, the engine is mated with a five-speed manual or a five-speed AMT transmission. The vehicle also comes with all the necessary features, like powered windows, tilt-adjustable steering, a touchscreen infotainment system, and six airbags (standard on all models).

Hyundai Aura

Next up on the list is the Hyundai Aura, a popular sub-4 meter sedan, with benefits of up to Rs. 53,000. Although the powertrain options on the Aura are similar to those on the Grand i10 Nios, the interior and exterior of the vehicle are quite different. The vehicle offers 17 kmpl mileage with a petrol engine, which goes up to 22 km/kg with the CNG powertrain.
Hyundai Exter

The Hyundai Exter, which is based on the existing Grand i10 Nios platform but offers a higher ground clearance, is available with discounts up to Rs. 40,000. The compact SUV also shares its 1.2-liter Kappa engine with the other models.
As mentioned earlier, the vehicle is based on one of the most reliable platforms of the company, but it is built in a way that offers more space (especially the headroom due to increased height). Further, it can move on slightly tougher terrain than the others with the raised bottom.

Hyundai i20

Last but not least, we have the Hyundai i20 on the list, which is available with discounts up to Rs. 65,000. The premium hatchback also runs on the same engine as the other vehicles in the article. However, as opposed to the AMT gearbox, it gets a CVT automatic gearbox on the top models. Other features include a sporty exterior, a spacious cabin, a planted driving experience, and premium features like a sunroof.
