Xiaomi Mi A2

Xiaomi's first stock android phone - the Mi A1 was a blockbuster hit. Xiaomi sold millions of the Mi A1 units in India alone and now some stock Android fans are eagerly waiting for its successor. Now Xiaomi is all set for the Mi A2 India launch which is set for August 8. Xiaomi Mi A2 Features Well, the Xiaomi Mi A2 boasts of a 5.99-inch display with Gorilla glass for an all glass front. Interestingly, the Chinese smartphone maker is skipping to display notch and continue to persist with regular 18:9 display. Like the Mi A1, its successor also features similar u-shaped antenna lines at the top and bottom that blend well with the overall design of the phone. The rear dual camera now has a vertical orientation which is different from what we witness in Mi A1. The phone rocks Qualcomm's Snapdragon 660 chipset which is mated to 4GB/ 6B RAM and Adreno 512GPU. The Mi A2 cameras are one of the key highlight as Xiaomi has upgraded the entire camera dual 12MP+ 12MP module to a setup of 12MP+20MP sensor. The Mi A2 rear cameras also comes have f/1.7 aperture for better low light performance. On the front too it packs a 20-megapixel sensor. It will likely to pack a 2,910 mAh battery. The phone comes running on stock Android 8.1 Oreo and will be upgraded to Android P and Android Q subsequently (as promised by Xiaomi and Google). What's really missing in the Mi A2 are a microSD card slot and a 3.5mm audio jack. Xiaomi Mi A2 India Price The Xiaomi Mi A2 to exclusively retail in India on Amazon. We expect the Mi A2 to India launch price to be Rs. 18,999 for the base variant and Mi A2 6GB RAM variant India price to be Rs 22,999. Xiaomi and Amazon could partner with a bank to instant cashback to bring down effective price for initial few sales.
