Xiaomi introduces Amazfit Pace Smartwatch and Amazfit Cor Fitness Band in India

Xiaomi’s sub-brand Huami has recently expanded its portfolio in India by introducing two new wearable bands, AmazFit Pace and AmazFit Cor in the country.

On the sidelines of the launch event, CP Khandelwal, Founder, PR Innovations, said, “We are very excited to bring Amazfit Pace and Cor in the country through our exclusive partnership with Amazon India. At PR Innovation, our retail strategy is to remain omnichannel making Amazfit products available for both online and offline shoppers. We are hopeful on receiving a positive response from India market post the incredible performance with Amazfit BIP and Amazfit Stratos last month.”

Huami Amazfit Pace Smartwatch features

The AmazFit Pace comes in two colour options- Black and Red, at different price points of Rs. 9,999 and Rs. 14,999 respectively. It comes with a 2.4GB internal memory and stainless steel frame. It offers features like GPS, GLONASS, optical heart rate sensor, and can track distance, time, pace, calories, speed, elevation, and even sleep. The company claims 11-days battery life on average usage, and 36 hours of battery life with nonstop GPS and heart rate tracking active function on a single session of charging. Users can access notifications for incoming calls, messages, emails, and apps fed within the system on pairing with any Android or iOS smartphone.

The screen residing on AmazFit Pace is a 1.23-inch IPS LCD color touch display with 2.5D Gorilla glass protection, and IP67 certification, meaning dust, rain, and splash resistance. The smart band is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. The band allows storage of music and media content onboard, and play them wirelessly via Bluetooth over the connected smartphone.

Amazfit Cor Fitness Band Features

Highlights

  • Can survive in up to 50 meters of water

This smart band features an optical heart rate sensor, a sleep tracker, activity and sports tracker, 7-day weather forecast, manage alarms, timer, stopwatch and can survive up to under 50 meters of water. The band claims 12-days battery life, with usage amounting to about 100 messages per day, 50 times lift wrist, and 1 hour run per week, from a single charging session. The band sports an IPS LCD color touch display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and is compatible with both iOS and Android devices.

The AmazFit Pace band has a circular dial and two options on color- Black and Red. The AmazFit Cor fitness band is a rectangular screen band, and is available in Black color only. Both bands are Amazon exclusive devices. The AmazFit Pace is available for Rs. 9,999 for black variant, and Rs. 14,999 for Red color model. AmazFit Cor costs Rs. 3,999.

Launch offers on both the smart bands:

  • 10 percent cash back up to Rs. 100 on Visa debit card credit card/ATM card till September 30 (only on two cashless orders).
  • There is also a 10 percent cashback, up to Rs. 50 using BHIM UPI/RuPay card till September 30. These cash backs will be credited in Amazon account.
