Expanding its upper mid-range smartphone lineup, vivo India has launched the V70 FE in the country. For the price, the handset seems to offer an exceptional primary camera, crisp and vibrant AMOLED display, and a massive battery that should keep users’ battery anxiety at bay. Without any further ado, here’s everything you should know about the V70 FE.

vivo V70 FE: Pricing & Availability

The vivo V70 FE is available in three memory and storage models.

Launch offers include a flat 10% bank cashback on top banks, up to 15 months of zero-down-payment EMI options, a 10% upgrade bonus, a one-year extended warranty, and vivo TWS at Rs. 1,499 (when purchased with the phone).

The vivo V70 FE is one of the better-looking phones in the segment. It features a punch-hole screen at the front, with relatively thinner bezels on all sides and a slim chin. At the back, the phone features a vertically-aligned pill-shaped camera with a circular flash module. 

It’s worth mentioning that the Northern Lights Purple comes with the company’s Darkness Glow technology.

vivo V70 FE: Key Specifications & Features

The vivo V70 FE ships with a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display that supports up to 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1,900 nits of peak brightness, and Diamond Shield Glass protection. The screen also supports the HDR10+ format.

Under the hood, the handset is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo (4nm) chipset, Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Out of the box, it runs on OriginOS 6, which is based on Android 16.  

vivo has promised to provide four years of operating system and six years of security updates with the smartphone, which is quite good in isolation. 

Perhaps the most unique feature of the vivo V70 FE is its 200MP (f/1.88, 1/1.4”) Samsung HP9 sensor with optical image stabilization (good for clarity). It is paired with an 8MP (f/2.2) ultrawide sensor. On the front, buyers get a 50MP (f/2.0) selfie shooter with autofocus.

The 4K video recording could be capped at 30 fps on both the front and rear cameras. Powering the smartphone is a 7,000 mAh battery that supports 90W fast charging.

Connectivity features include 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.4, GPS, and a USB Type-C 2.0 port.
