Samsung is all set to announce its next generation of Foldables in July this year. In tandem with the previous reports, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 are expected to go official in mid-July. If this happens, it would be earlier than the rumored August timeline that Samsung follows for its Galaxy foldables.
Samsung Galaxy Next-Generation Foldables
The launch of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 will take place in mid-July. According to a report by South Korean Publication The Elec, the components needed have been produced 2-3 weeks in advance this time, which means an earlier launch.
Samsung usually holds its second Unpacked Event of the year in August wherein the brand also announces smartwatches and more. This time around, the launch is expected in July. We at smartprix, shared the exclusive renders for Galaxy Z Fold 6, click here to have a look.

Reports also confirm an entry-level Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 smartphone that will launch in 2024. The report confirms that this one will launch around September and October, two to three months after the flagship foldables.
The shipment target for the entry-level Galaxy Z Fold 6 is around 200,000 to 300,000 units.
The affordable foldable is expected to arrive with downgrades like no support for the S-Pen. It will be thinner than the regular Galaxy Z Fold 6 and the lack of support for the S-Pen would also bring down the price of the foldable.
