Its been not that long since the OnePlus 7 series made its debut. Four months have passed since then and here we have the new OnePlus 7T. Its Pro variant is likely to launch on October 10 in London. Following the tradition, the brand has refreshed the lineup with incremental upgrades. Truth be told, much of the specificities were either teased or leaked by now. But, there are still many things that OnePlus has managed to keep close to its chest. Let’s uncover them.
OnePlus 7T features
At the core, the new phone helms a newer Snapdragon 855 Plus, which adds a 15 percent boost in graphics performance and a 4 percent bump in CPU performance over the older SD 855 SoC.
This time the base variant comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. There is a higher 256GB storage option as well. There is a new McLaren edition as well, which is the pronounced one with a whopping 12GB of RAM.
The internals on the OnePlus 7T includes a bigger 3800mAh battery with 30T Warp Charge. Yes, the “non-pro” edition also supports the rapid-fast charging.
Coming to the cameras, the 7T shares the triple camera setup of OnePlus 7 Pro. They are residing in a circular camera island, which is an aesthetic refresh over the precursors. Thus, it features a 48MP primary camera followed by a 16MP ultra-wide and a final 12MP telephoto zoom module on the 7T.
Upfront, the selfie snapper sticks to the same 16MP sensor, which is housed within a teardrop notch. Another interesting update is the presence of 90Hz AMOLED display which stretches to a 6.55-inches in size.
On the software front, you get Android 10 based Oxygen OS, which has gotten additional features up its sleeve.
OnePlus 7T Pricing and Availability
