Nokia X5 With Display Notch To Launch On July 11: Features and Specifications

Mobile behemoth Nokia is anticipated to release its latest mobile phone, Nokia X5, soon after the successful launch of its precursor X6 in May 2018. According to the inputs from the popular Chinese social network Weibo, Nokia is planning to announce the launch of X5 on the 11th of July, this year. The phone is to witness its grand opening in Beijing at 8:00 p.m. local time on July 11, and thereafter will be released worldwide. (हिंदी में पढ़िए)

Nokia X5 Features

Rumour has it that Nokia X5 will be called Nokia 5.1 Plus, and will carry advanced features such as the latest octa-core Helio P60 SoC from the MediaTek P series or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 series coupled with either 3GB, 4GB or 6GB RAM. A display screen of 5.86-inch HD+ (720×1520 pixels) TFT, iPhone X-popularized notch display and a Bezel-free screen are some of the speculated visual aspects of the upcoming X5. As per the reports, the new Nokia X5 will be powered by a 3,000 mAh battery component and is believed to carry an internal storage capacity of either 32GB or 64GB.

Nokia X5 will probably don a vertical dual rear camera alignment having a 5 megapixel and 13-megapixel primary sensor combination, and an 8-megapixel selfie sensor. A fingerprint sensor at the back of the mobile is also one of the several anticipated features of this phone.

On the connectivity front, basic features such as 4G LTE, Bluetooth, USB are all present in Nokia X5.

While many features of the Nokia X5 such as the dual vertical camera and the notched display are reportedly similar to it’s May 2018 launched cousin Nokia X6, but the metal bezel around the dual camera, full HD+ display comfort, and higher megapixel dual rear cameras are some aspects that Nokia X5 might miss out on.

Nokia X5 Price (Expected)

The Nokia X5 is expected fall in the affordable for all range of Rs. 8300 for the 32 GB model, and Rs. 10,400 for the 64GB variant at the time of launch.
