Nokia 5.1 Plus Android One phone goes official: Price and Specifications

HMD global has launched a new Nokia phone in the budget smartphone segment today. It is the new entrant of the mobiles launched by Nokia under the Android One program. The Nokia 5.1 plus will be available exclusively on Nokia and Flipkart websites from October 1, 2018. This phone is aimed at bringing the best possible gaming performance and AI imaging features to the budget segment.

Nokia 5.1 Plus Features

The phone runs on the latest MediaTek Helio P60 chipset and supports face recognition. It houses a 3GB RAM and an internal memory of 32GB which can be extended up to 400GB. It has a dual camera setup on the rear with a 13MP (f/2) Phase detection Auto Focus sensor plus a 5MP depth sensor for portrait mode. It has Electronic Video Stabilization feature for capturing steady pictures and videos. It also performs the real-time enhancement of the photos. On the front, we have an 8MP (f/2.2) camera module.

The phone features a 5.8-inch HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19:9. It also features a 2.5D curved front and rear glass. It comes with Android Oreo out of the box which is upgradable to Android Pie. It is powered by a 3060mAh battery.

It is priced at Rs10,999 and will be available in two colors namely, Gloss Black and Gloss Midnight Blue.
