Lenovo has launched its dual camera-laden Phab 2 Plus in India. And no, it isn’t the AR capabilities touting Google’s Project Tango phone, Phab 2 Pro, that recently went on sale in the US.

Instead, the Phab 2 Plus is trimmed down variant powered by MediaTek SoC that uses the two 13MP rear sensors to create videos with superimposed effects (To set you thinking, this is done through an AR mode in the app), for background defocus, etc.

The two 13MP sensors have relatively larger 1.34-micron pixels and are aided by dual Fujitsu Milbeats ISPs, PDAF, Laser AF and f/2.0 optics. The front 8MP selfie shooter is paired with an f/2.2 aperture lens.

Since this is a hybrid dual SIM phone, you can always add secondary storage (up to 128GB) at the expense of secondary SIM card. The handset is running Android Marshmallow based Vibe UI software out of the box.

Other notable features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.0, Fingerprint sensor, 4050mAh battery, and GPS.

You can buy it from Amazon.in in Champagne Gold and Gunmetal Grey for 14,999 INR.
