Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe & Zenfone 3 Ultra Goes On Sale For Rs 62,999 and Rs 49,999 Respectively

After launching at the Zenvolution launch event in August, Asus has finally made its premium devices – the Zenfone 3 Deluxe and Zenfone 3 Ultra available in India. In fact, the Zenfone 3 Deluxe shoot to limelight by becoming world’s first phone powered by Snapdragon 821. At the launch event, availability details were kept under the wrap. The Zenfone 3 Deluxe (ZS570KL) is retailing at Rs. 62,999 while Zenfone 3 Ultra is priced at Rs. 49,999.

Zenfone 3 Deluxe sports a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED Full HD display with Gorilla Glass 4 protection layer. It has a decent 79 percent screen to body ratio. The Zenfone 3 Deluxe is offered in two different specifications, the base variant is powered by a Snapdragon 820 coupled with 64GB onboard storage while the more premium variant features a Snapdragon 821 under the hood along with 256GB internal storage with UFS 2.0.

Both the variants come with 6Gigs of LPDDR4 RAM for a superior multitasking experience. On the optics side, the Zenfone 3 Deluxe flaunts a 23-Megapixel Sony IMX318 Exmor-RS primary sensor with sapphire cover, f/2.0, 6-element large lens, 4-axis photo OIS, and Pixelmaster 3.0 Camera app. Up front, there is an 8MP secondary camera with 85-degree wide angle lens.

The Zenfone 3 Deluxe runs on new ZenUI 3.0 which is baked on Android Marshmallow.It is backed by a 3000mAh battery that supports QuickCharge 3.0. The phone comes with Wi-Fi 802.11, LTE Cat 13, Bluetooth 4.2, hybrid SIM slot and WiFi repeater capability. In terms of design, Asus has done some interesting work. The antenna lines on the exterior are now gone and the fingerprint sensor on the phone even works with moist fingers. Asus has also introduced the NXP smart audio amplifier to offer clear and high definition sound output.

The Zenfone 3 Ultra, on the other hand, comes with a large 6.8-inch FHD display that comes with Tru2Line+technology which is said to be used in High-end 4K TVs. The Zenfone 3 Ultra is equipped with a Snapdragon 652 chipset and 4GB of RAM. On the storage front, the device offers 64GB of onboard storage along with a microSD card slot. Camera optics on the phone is exactly same as the Zenfone 3 Deluxe. The phablet is backed by a 4,600mAh battery which supports Quick Charging and Reverse Charging.

The Zenfone 3 Deluxe is offered in two metallic colors- Glacier Silver and Sand Gold while the Zenfone 3 Ultra comes in Titanium Gray and Glacier Silver options.
