Redmi Band with 14-day battery life, Heart-rate monitor goes official

Redmi has unveiled its smart band in China. In this foray into the wearable route, the band sticks to the basics. The Redmi band comes with a two-week mileage and health trackers such as heart rate and sleep sensors.

Since Xiaomi, its parent company has been on the field for several years now, Redmi is ought to borrow its expertise and technologies. Let’s see.

Redmi Band features

 

On the design front, there’s barely anything new here. It is the same rectangular shape. The display measures 1.08-inches and sports colors. Speaking of color, you can grab the Redmi Band in orange, olive green, blue, and black colors.

The Band claims to tick for a 14-day period on battery. And while on, you can use it for heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, NFC-based contactless payment, real-time notification sync with your phone, etc.

Redmi Fitness band Pricing and Availability

As aforementioned, the Redmi Band is launched in China and it’s out on crowdfunding at a price of CNY 95 (~Rs 1000). And later it will retail at CNY 99 starting April 9, 2020.
