Vivo Y51A with a 5,000mAh battery and 48MP triple camera launched in India

Vivo Y51 was launched last year as a mid-range phone under the Y-series in India. Now, the company has introduced another phone named Y51A under the same series, powered by a Snapdragon processor, with 8GB of RAM, 16MP selfie camera option, and triple camera setup on the back.

Vivo Y51A Features

On the front, there is a 6.58-inch FHD+ resolution display. For biometric, you get a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock. The phone ships with Android 11 based FunTouch OS software.

When it comes to the processor, the phone runs on an octa-core Snapdragon 665. The Y51 has been launched with an 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. A large battery of 5,000mAh has been stuffed inside which is said to be capable of easily giving more than 1-day backup to the phone while also supporting an 18W fast charger for topping it up.

For photography, you get a triple camera setup on the back comprising an 8MP ultrawide sensor, a 48MP primary sensor, and a macro lens of 2MP. A 16MP selfie camera under the punch hole on the front side handles selfies and video calling.

Vivo Y51A Price and Availability

The company has introduced Y51A at a price of ₹17,990. You can buy the device on both offline and online platforms. The phone is offered in Titanium Sapphire and Crystal Symphony color options.
