Vivo V40 Pro Leaked Unboxing Video Reveals Key Specs and Price

The vivo V40 Pro is officially launching in India tomorrow, August 7, but a live unboxing video by an offline retailer has already surfaced on Twitter, courtesy of Sudhanshu Ambhore. The tweet reveals several key details about the device, including the specs and the price.

In the video, the vivo V40 Pro is shown in a vibrant blue color with a curved 6.78” AMOLED display featuring a 1.5K resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. Notably, the box size also confirms that a charger is included in the box.

Under the hood, the V40 Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset, MediaTek’s flagship SoC from last year. It will boast an impressive camera setup with four 50 MP cameras, all enhanced with ZEISS tuning. The camera array will include a main lens, a telephoto lens, an ultrawide lens, and a front-facing camera.

The phone will also come with a 5,500 mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging. As mentioned earlier, the charger will be included in the box.

Also, for the first time, the vivo V40 series will feature dual speakers for a more immersive audio experience. Additionally, the V40 Pro is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance.

vivo V40 Pro Leaked Price 

Pricing details have also been leaked. As per the same tweet, the base variant of the vivo V40 Pro, with  8GB RAM and 256 GB storage, is listed at an MRP of ₹54,999. However, the retail price is expected to be around ₹49,999, with potential offers available at launch.
