Infinix has confirmed October 27 as the India launch date for the GT 50 Pro. The announcement follows the company’s “Game Together” campaign, which asked fans to click a meter on its India website to unlock the date. The phone will be available exclusively through Flipkart.
The GT 50 Pro is part of Infinix’s push to expand its GT series beyond gaming-focused smartphones. The company’s announcement says it is working on a broader gaming ecosystem, with accessories and other elements designed to change how users control games and where they play. More details about this setup are expected closer to launch.

The phone arrives in India around six months after its global launch on April 24. Infinix has confirmed Black Abyss and Red Blaze as the Indian colour options.
Infinix GT 50 Pro Specifications

The global Infinix GT 50 Pro features a 6.78-inch LTPS AMOLED display with a 1,208 x 2,644-pixel resolution and a refresh rate ranging from 30Hz to 144Hz. The panel supports up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness, 330Hz touch sampling, and a 2,800Hz instant-touch mode. Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protects the display.
Powering the phone is MediaTek’s Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chipset, paired with a Mali-G720 MC7 GPU, 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. It runs XOS 16 based on Android 16.
The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main camera with an f/1.59 aperture and OIS, alongside an 8MP ultrawide camera. A 13MP camera handles selfies.
The GT 50 Pro packs a 6,500mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging and 30W wireless charging. It also has shoulder triggers built into the frame, with 10 pressure levels for gaming controls. The global model features HydroFlow liquid cooling, visible through the rear panel.

Infinix GT 50 Pro Expected Price in India
In Indonesia, the 12GB + 256GB variant launched at a price equivalent to around ₹35,000, while the 12GB + 512GB model was priced at roughly ₹40,000. These prices offer a reference point for the Indian launch, although Infinix has yet to announce local pricing.
For comparison, the Infinix GT 30 Pro launched in India at ₹24,999 with a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset. The GT 50 Pro is expected to sit higher in the lineup, with reports pointing to a price between ₹30,000 and ₹35,000.
