Valorant Mobile possibly being tested privately on Google Play Store

The trend of battle royale games is getting skyrocketed due to the inclination of gamers towards it. Games like Call of Duty Mobile, Apex Legends Mobile, and others have already proved their mantle in the smartphone gaming segment.

Now, another major console game, Valorant, is also planning its way to make it to the smaller screens pretty soon. The Valorant Mobile is being privately tested on Google Play Store. In a recent development, the screenshots of the private testing of Valorant Mobile have been doing the rounds on Twitter.

Riot Games made an announcement in June that the Valorant Mobile version is in the works. After that, there have been no official statements that reveal anything regarding the release date of the game. However, multiple reports have suggested that the Valorant Mobile will release somewhere in 2023.

Valorant Mobile details

In a tweet by a user who goes by the name DannyINTEL, the screenshots of the private testing of Google Play Store. The listing of the game mentions that the game is only available for specific users that too under the non-disclosure agreement (NDA). This clearly means that the players cannot share any details related to the game with anyone who is not a part of Riot Games.

The descriptions of the same read ‘Thank you for joining the VALORANT Mobile F&F weekend! We’re excited to share the game with you! This is a work-in-progress prototype and you are under NDA to not share any information with anyone outside of Riot or the other F&F participants. Good Luck, have fun!’

The leaked videos show that the smartphone version shows that it will be quite identical to the PC version of the game. Furthermore, it is also expected that a few weapons and characters will remain same in the both variants fo the game. It would be interesting to see how the game competes with other alternatives available in the market like Call of Duty Mobile, Apex Legends Mobile, etc.
