10.or E Look and Feel
Question: How is the 10.or E design?
Answer: 10.or E is moderately slim, has a plastic back, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a 2.5GD glass on the front. The handset is also fairly light considering the 4000mAh battery inside. However, what robs it of premium finish are the chunky bezels above and below the display.
Also, the power key is misplaced as it’s present above the volume rocker on the right edge and thus, isn’t easily accessible. The rear camera module juts out a bit but is protected by a circular chrome ring. All said and done, the design isn’t a strong forte of 10.or E but it doesn’t look terrible either.
Question: How is the 10.or E build quality?
Answer: There are no flexes or creaks in the body. The hardware buttons are firm and have good tactile feedback. There is no metal on the phone, but that shouldn’t count as a drawback.
Question: Is 10.or E Water resistant?
Answer: No, it’s not water or dust resistant.
Question: Does the 10.or E comes with back cover and tempered glass?
Answer: No, USB cable and Charger are bundled in the box.
Question: Does 10.or E have capacitive navigation buttons below the display? Are they backlit?
Answer: The handset has onscreen navigation keys.
Question: How is the 10.or E display?
Answer: The display is one of the major strengths of the 10.or E. There aren’t many phones that include a full HD display in this budget and the 10.or E has a good one.
Color contrast and viewing angles are pretty good for the price. At the same time, the dynamic range isn’t stellar and whites are slightly tinged with blue. In this budget, the 10.or E has one of the better available displays.
Question: Does 10.or E have the option to switch between color modes?
Answer – Yes, as stated above, you can switch between Vibrant and Standard color profiles.
Question: Does the 10.or E have the option for automatic brightness?
Answer: The phone has adaptive brightness. Sunlight visibility isn’t impressive, but we did manage to use it outdoors.
Question: Does the 10.or E display have Gorilla glass protection?
Answer: Yes, the display is protected by scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass 3.

Question: Is the fingerprint sensor on 10.or E fast and accurate? Is it always-on type?
Answer: The fingerprint sensor is quite accurate but not exceptionally fast. Yes, it’s always on type.
Question: How is the day-to-day or general performance? How is gaming performance of 10.or E?
Answer: The performance is comparable to other Snapdragon 430 powered devices. The phone will work fine for light and moderate users who don’t need 20 or so apps running on their phone at all times. But if you are a heavy user, the performance might dwindle. High-end gameplay wasn’t immaculate, but games are certainly playable.
We’d advise you to go for the 3GB RAM variant as the 2GB RAM option comes with only 16GB storage.
Question: Does 10.or E have heating issues?
Answer: No, the handset runs cool.
Question: Does 10.or E support Google cardboard and other VR Apps? Does 10.or E have gyroscope sensor?
Answer: Yes, the Gyroscope sensor is present. VR applications will run fine

Camera
Question: How is the 10.or E camera quality?
Answer: The 13MP rear camera is nothing much to write home about. Shots clicked outdoors are ok, but the performance is inconsistent. The camera struggles to find the right metering and to focus.
Indoors, details are poor and there is a lot of noise in clicked images.
Question: How is the selfie camera on 10.or E?
Answer: The images clicked from the 8MP front shooter look good on the phone’s display, but not when you enlarge them on a bigger screen. The selfie camera performance, however, shouldn’t be a deal breaker.
Question: Can the 10.or E shoot 4K videos?
Answer: No. You can record up to 720p HD videos
Question: Can you record slow-motion videos on 10.or E?
Answer: No. You can not.

Software
Question: How is the software on the 10.or E? Is gesture support present on 10.or E?
Answer: 10.or E is running Pure Android 7.1.1 Nougat software. There are a few third-party apps (from Amazon) pre-installed on the phone along with the Tenor customer care app.
The software is light and UI transitions are very smooth. Needless to say, pure Android is a better option compared to shoddy, half-baked Chinese interfaces that are more prevalent on budget phones.

10.or E Review – Should you buy it?
If you are willing to trust a new brand, 10.or E does several things right. It offers a sharp display, stock Android interface, and decent battery backup.
The 10.or E is basically meant for people who need to buy a phone running minimal stock Android software and it can hold its ground well against affordable stock Andriod alternatives we have seen this year from Moto. At the same time, it will face stiff competition from the likes of Asus Zenfone Selfie and Redmi Series that are available in more or less the same budget and also have a brand advantage.
Tenor E does support USB OTG, unlike what’s mentioned in this post. Just wanted to rectify it.
