Sony brought three new smartphones to IFA 2017 – the Xperia XZ1, Xperia XZ1 Compact, and Xperia XA1 Plus. The first two will replace Xperia XZ and X Compact at the top end and are the first phones to run on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box, and the XZ1 Plus is a mid-range phone with a 5.5-inch Display.

The Xperia XZ1 and XZ1 Compact are new flagship and compact-flagships from Sony that retain its signature boxy design (which has been refined, though) and the Motion Eye Camera from last year that can shoot super slow motion videos, thanks to the stacked CMOS sensor.
