One soul, two hearts
like one product with distinct behaviors." I purchased a Motorola Edge 50 Pro 5G (12/256) in June 2024, and since then, my phone has been unable to install system updates. The update process begins, and 4 out of 6 steps complete, but then a message appears saying, 'Update Failed – There was a problem updating your device. No changes were made. Please try again.' This has been happening from June until now, September 25th. Yesterday, I performed a factory reset, but the issue persists. I’m getting frustrated because I bought the same phone for my wife in August 2024, and her phone works perfectly and shows a complete update history.

One soul, two hearts
Today, I received a reply from customer service stating, 'We recommend reflashing the device through the Software Fix to get it updated.' So now, I have to follow certain steps by downloading software on my laptop and connecting my phone to it, essentially becoming a developer or bug fixer to resolve my own issue. Interestingly, my phone is only 3 months old, yet they are recommending such actions at my own risk
