Bad Quality and Service for Motorola Device
I had extreme disappointment with a Motorola device I purchased. The phone failed completely within just six months of use, which is an unacceptable timeframe for any modern mobile device, especially one still under warranty. Furthermore, the device has been with service center for two weeks now, and it has still not been repaired. This prolonged delay without resolution is incredibly frustrating and leaves a customer without a functioning phone. At service center, many customers in queue were reporting similar issues. Adding to this frustration, the features promised for this device have not lived up to the advertised standards. This overall experience, combining a major defect within the warranty period and a severely lacking repair process, reflects very poorly on Motorola's product quality and customer service.

Kya moto ka 60 series ayega kya ??

Motorola Edge 60 – Heating, Battery Drain & Poor Service Experience
I recently purchased the Motorola Edge 60 on 17 June 2025, expecting high performance and reliability from a brand that has pioneered mobile technology. However, I am disappointed to share that my experience so far has been unsatisfactory due to the following issues: 1. Heating Problem: The phone heats up significantly even during regular voice calls, especially in sunny outdoor conditions. This is not only uncomfortable but also raises safety concerns. 2. Battery Drain: I am surprised at how quickly the battery drains. For a premium device, I expected much better battery optimization. 3. Poor Service Center Experience: My visit to the Motorola Service Center in Marol was extremely frustrating. I had to waste an entire day just to submit the faulty device. Moreover, I noticed several other customers facing similar issues, which raises concerns about the overall product quality. It is disheartening to see this decline from a company that was once a pioneer in mobile innovation. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these product and service issues promptly. I request a timely resolution for my concerns and a better after-sales service experience going forward.
