Samsung Galaxy S6 Mini Leaked, Spotted On GFXBench

Samsung as served the world as the top notch smartphone brand for more than a couple of years now and the surprising element of about the brand is that it knows not to stop at anything when it comes to technology and innovation. While the world is still busy dealing with the latest flagship devices, Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, Samsung seems to be preparing to amaze the universe once again. Reportedly, Samsung has been developing a smaller variant of Galaxy S6, predicted to be known as Galaxy S6 Mini. The new smartphone, Samsung Galaxy S6 Mini, has been spotted on the benchmarking website, GFXBench.

Samsung Galaxy S6 Mini benchmarks

As per the leaks, Samsung Galaxy S6 Mini features a hexa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor which is a 64 bit chipset with a clocking speed of 1.8 GHz. The processor is coupled with an Adreno 418 GPU and 2 GB of RAM to make it a swift performer. Apart from this, S6 Mini sports a 4.6 inch HD screen with a resolution support of 1280×720 pixels and multi touch functionality of up to 5 fingers at a time. It comes with 16 GB of in built storage out of the box and houses a 15 MP auto focus rear camera with LED flash and full HD (1920×1080 pixels) video recording and features like touch focus, HDR and face detection. A 5 MP front facing camera is also available onboard. As for the OS, S6 Mini runs on the very latest Android Lollipop 5.1 platform.

Samsung Galaxy S6 Mini prices have not been hinted yet and the device too is not official. It has only been spotted on the GFXbench website for benchmark testing, but you can expect it to be a reality soon to serve the Galaxy S6 aspirants with lower budgets and astounding features and specifications. The smartphone is expected to be mid-range device and a powerful performer.
