Samsung Galaxy A56 5G: Everything We Know

Of the two smartphones, the Galaxy A56 5G offers better, but along with it, it comes at a higher price. Most recently, the Indian support page for the handset just went live, revealing its model number to be “SM-A566E/DS.” The ‘DS’ suggests that the phone will support dual-SIM connectivity.
In addition to the support page, the phone also surfaced in a Bluetooth SIG listing with a similar model number. Further, the phone has also appeared on the MIIT certification website, which suggests the presence of a 4,900 mAh battery that supports 45W fast wired charging.
While these appearances don’t give us enough sauce, the US FCC listing sure does. It suggests that the Galaxy A56 5G will ship with the One UI 7 user interface based on Android 15. While the Galaxy A55 5G runs on the Exynos 1480 SoC, the Galaxy A56 5G is rumored to run on the Exynos 1580 SoC (which should be more powerful and battery-efficient).
