Xaiomi is scheduled to launch its next flagship phone, the Mi 8, on May 31 at an event in China. Meanwhile, its upcoming entry-level phones with model numbers M1804C3CC, M1804C3DE, and M1804C3CE were spotted on Chinese certification website, TENAA.
While the names of the phones were not mentioned in the listing, their specifications hint at these being Redmi-series devices. Earlier speculations are that the M1804C3DE model with dual rear cameras and rear-mounted fingerprint sensor could be Redmi 6, whereas the other model could be Redmi 6A.

Xiaomi Redmi 6 Specifications (Expected)
As per the listing, the new Redmi 6 features a 5.45-inch HD+ with 18:9 aspect ratio and 2.5D curved glass on top. It is powered by a 2GHz Octa-Core processor, paired with 2GB/3GB/4GB of RAM and up to 64GB internal storage.
For photography, the Redmi 6 features a dual-rear camera setup where the primary camera is a 12-megapixel sensor. The front camera is a 5-megapixel shooter.
Other expected specifications of the phone include a fingerprint sensor, 3000mAh battery, Android Oreo-based MIUI 9, and Infrared sensor. Connectivity options on the same include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS.
Xiaomi Redmi 6A Features (Expected)
The Redmi 6A, on the other hand, features a 5.45-inch (1440 × 720 pixels) HD+ 18:9 display and is powered by a 2GHz Quad-Core processor. The chipset is mated with up to 3GB of RAM and 32GB storage.

On the imaging front, the Redmi 6A features a 12-megapixel sensor on the rear with LED flash. Up front, it has a 5MP sensor with LED flash and f/2.0 aperture.
The handset runs on Android Oreo-based MIUI 9 out of the box and houses a 3000mAh battery. There is no fingerprint sensor on the Redmi 6A and the connectivity options are the same as the Redmi 6.
Xiaomi Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A Availability
The Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A both are expected to come in Blue, Black, Silver, White, Gold, Rose Gold, Purple, and Red colors. It is not clear if Xiaomi will launch the phones on its coming Annual Launch event, next week. We’ll have to wait and watch.
