Poco X5 Series India launch imminent: Teasers spotted on Flipkart

Poco X5 Series is coming to India soon. The teasers for the Poco X5 Series have been spotted on the e-commerce website Flipkart. One of the posters has the letter ‘X’ five times so it seems the launch date will be confirmed very soon. Reports claim that the Poco X5 Series will have 2 devices- Poco X5 5G and Poco X5 Pro 5G. While the vanilla model might be a tweaked version of the Redmi Note 12 5G with a different chipset, the Pro model is expected to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition that has gone official in China.

Poco X5 5G: Expected Specs

The Poco X5 5G is expected to have a 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is said to be powered by Snapdragon 695 chipset with up to 8GB RAM and up to 128GB storage and packs a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. The smartphone might have a triple camera setup with a 48MP main, 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP additional lens. There will be an 8MP selfie lens as well.

Poco X5 Pro 5G: Expected specs

The Poco X5 Pro 5G might have the same display as the vanilla model but is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 778G chipset with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. It is said to sport a 108MP main, 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro lens at the back while the front will have a 16MP selfie lens. The Poco X5 Pro 5G is rumored to pack a 5000mAh battery with 67W fast charging and run MIUI 13 based Android 13 OS.

Both the devices are expected to cost between Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000.
