TL; DR
- An upcoming iQOO phone (I2514) has appeared on Geekbench with the MediaTek Dimensity 7500, 12GB RAM, and Android 16.
- iQOO has also started teasing the number ‘11,’ strongly hinting that the iQOO Z11 is launching soon.
- The phone could be based on the vivo S60e, although iQOO is expected to tweak the hardware for the Indian market.
iQOO appears to be preparing to launch a new Z-series smartphone in India. An upcoming device carrying the model number I2514 has now surfaced on Geekbench, while the company has also started teasing the number ‘11’ on social media. Together, the two developments strongly suggest that the iQOO Z11 could be the brand’s next launch.
The Geekbench listing was first spotted by Anvin (@ZionsAnvin) on X. It shows the phone running Android 16 with 12GB of RAM and an octa-core MediaTek processor featuring four performance cores clocked at 2.6GHz and four efficiency cores running at 2.0GHz. The chipset identifier (MT6881) matches the recently announced MediaTek Dimensity 7500.

iQOO Z11 Launching Soon
Soon after the benchmark surfaced, iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya shared a teaser on X featuring a large 11 hidden within a wall of binary numbers. The caption simply reads, “(Z)ero hints. Infinite guesses. What’s yours?”

The company hasn’t confirmed the product name yet, but the teaser leaves little doubt that the Z11 is on its way.
iQOO Z11 Expected Specifications

The Geekbench listing has also sparked speculation that the iQOO Z11 could be based on the vivo S60e, which recently launched in China with the same Dimensity 7500 chipset. iQOO has rebranded vivo devices before, although the company often makes a few changes to suit different markets.
If the Z11 follows the S60e closely, it could arrive with a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED display featuring a 144Hz refresh rate and 4320Hz PWM dimming. The Chinese model also packs a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 50MP front camera. Other highlights include stereo speakers, a 7,200 mAh battery with 90W fast charging, IP68 and IP69 ratings, and an aluminum frame.
That said, these specifications should only be treated as a reference. iQOO could trim a few features before bringing the device to India to keep pricing under control. The Dimensity 7500, however, now looks all but confirmed thanks to the Geekbench listing.
Based on the current lineup, the iQOO Z11 is expected to land somewhere around the ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 price segment, although the final specifications and pricing will only be confirmed once iQOO makes the phone official.
