We have already reported about how Poco is all set to launch the Poco X5 Series in India very soon. The teaser for the same was spotted on the e-commerce portal Flipkart which made the launch imminent. Now, the very first look of the Poco X5 Pro 5G has been revealed in some live images. Recently, Indian Cricketer Hardik Pandya was spotted using the Poco X5 Pro 5G. Some photos of him holding the Yellow color variant of the Poco X5 Pro 5G have surfaced online. So, we now have the first official look at the Poco X5 Pro prior to its launch in February.

Poco X5 Pro spotted in the wild
As seen in the images above, Hardik Pandya is seen using a yellow-colored Poco X5 Pro 5G device. The triple camera setup at the back is clearly visible along with Poco’s iconic dual-tone rear design and a large camera module. The power button doubles as a fingerprint sensor can be spotted on the right edge. The front of the smartphone is not visible.
This week, Poco also announced a fan meetup for the next X-Series phone on January 22nd in Delhi, so Poco is surely planning to launch the X5 Series soon. A few websites like Alibaba and Flipkart have also started teasing the Poco X5 Series for Indian as well as Global markets.
Poco X5 Pro 5G: Expected Specs
The Pro model in the series is said to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 12 Speed Edition that was launched in China. The smartphone is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 778G chipset with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The rear side will have a triple camera setup including a 108MP main, 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP additional lens while the front might have a 16MP selfie camera.
The Poco X5 Pro is said to pack a 5000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support and run Android 13-based MIUI 14 out of the box.
