Poco F3 GT will launch on July 23; Here’s everything we know so far

Poco F3 GT is finally set to launch in India. The company has announced that its top-end F series smartphone will be introduced on July 23. This will be a gaming-focussed phone and as such it will come with the bells and whistles you’d expect out of phones of its ilk.

So far we have seen a few teasers from the brand hinting at key features like 120Hz AMOLED display and its dual Maglev triggers for better control over your gameplay.

We also know the device will be out in Gunmetal Silver and Predator Black color options. Here are the entire details we know so far:

Poco F3 GT features (expected)

According to some reports, F3 may be a rebrand edit of the Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition for the Indian market. If this is true, you could see a 6.67-inch FHD+ 10-bit AMOLED display on the phone with a 20:9 aspect ratio, HDR10+, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Under the hood, you are likely to see MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset, something we have seen within Realme X7 Max 5G (review) and the recent Oppo Reno 6 Pro 5G (review). The F3 GT is expected to be pack at least 6GB of RAM. It will also be armed with vapor chamber cooling comprising 8 graphite layers and a white graphene layer.

For photography, the setup could house a 64MP primary rear camera coupled with an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro lens. A 16MP selfie camera will be available on the front for video calls and selfies.

Among other things, the phone can also have a Triple Mic setup, triple WiFi antenna (WiFI 6), side fingerprint sensor, a Type-C port, and Dolby Atmos aided Dual Stereo speakers.

Poco F3 GT price (expected)

The estimated price of the Poco F3 GT in the Indian market is around Rs. 20,000. But the exact price will be known only at the launch event. So, stay tuned for that.
