Nokia is hosting an event in New Delhi, India on October 11 (tomorrow) and it will be bringing in the new Nokia 3.1 Plus. According to a leaked box image that we have got hold of, the Nokia 3.1 Plus will be an affordable phone with dual rear cameras, octa-core chipset, and a 3500mAh battery.

The image also reveals a 6.1-inch HD+ 18:9 screen with seemingly narrow side bezels. The rear camera module has a 13MP primary sensor paired with a 5MP depth sensor. On the front, the Nokia 3.1 Plus will sport an 8MP selfie camera.
Like all Nokia phones, the 3.1 Plus is also likely to be an Android One phone running the latest Android 8.1 Oreo software. The light and pure Android software along with the promise of timely Android Pie upgrade will be a huge advantage and will help the phone stand out.
The handset was also recently spotted on a Bluetooth certification website and the listing pointed out to the use of a MediaTek chipset.
The new set of Nokia phones have aggressive pricing compared to what we had last year. HMD Global recently introduced the Nokia 5.1 Plus in the country for a price of 10,999. This implies that Nokia 3.1 Plus (review) could cost around Rs.10,000.
