Nokia 2.4 with 6.5″ display, 4,500mAh battery launched in India

Nokia 2.4 has arrived in India. The brand’s budget contender sports a 6.5-inch HD+ display, 4,500mAh battery, and MediaTek Helio P22 chip, amongst other things. As it’s traditional with Nokia Android phones, you get stock-esque software.

Nokia 2.4 Specs and Features

Nokia has given an HD+ (720 x 1,600) display on the 2.4 that measures 6.5-inches and sports a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a waterdrop notch. Within the v-cutout lies a 5MP selfie clicker.

Rotate to the rear, and there you’ve got a duo — 13MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor for portraits. A fingerprint scanner resides below the camera panel.

Unlock the device and you’ll be interacting with Android 10. There is a dedicated button to invoke the Google Assistant, The internal machinery comprises MediaTek Helio P22 silicon, 3GB of RAM, up to 64GB storage (expandable up to), and a 4,500mAh battery that is bolstered by a 5W adapter.

Connectivity options consist of 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and micro-USB port for charging. The handset is certified for IPX2 water resistance.

Nokia 2.4 Price and Availability

Nokia 2.4 is priced at Rs. 10,399 in India and is currently up for pre-registration across the country. The sale date is yet to be announced. But, when it does, you can pick it in Dusk, Fjord, and Charcoal colors.
