A day ahead of the Moto G6-family global launch, its premium model, the G6 Plus, was spotted on Geekbench once again. The last Geekbench leak revealed a 4GB RAM and Snapdragon 660 model and the new entry confirms that the phone will come with 6GB RAM option as well.
Moto G6 Plus Specifications
The specification details of the Plus model of Moto G6 is very scarce right now. But we do know is that it will most likely boast a 6.3-inch full HD+ 18:9 display, run on the stock-Android Oreo out of the box, and sport dual-rear camera.
Meanwhile, a teaser video of the Moto G6 series was shared on the Motorola’s UK Twitter handle. The official video could be of Moto G6 or G6 Plus, but it confirmed to us some of the design elements of the handset. It is bound to come with a curved back panel, front-mounted fingerprint sensor, and circular camera hump on the rear.
The teaser also didn’t reveal the specifications of the Moto G6 model. However, past leaks and rumors give us a fairly good idea about what to expect from Moto’s mid-range phones this year. First of all, the Moto G6 portfolio will have three phone- Moto G6 Play, Moto G6 and Moto G6 Plus.
The G6 Play is going to be the base model with dual-SIM, rumored 5.7-inch full-HD+ (1080×2160 pixels) display and 1.8GHz octa-core processor, coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The Moto G6, on the other hand, will also have a 5.7-inch full-HD+ (1080×2160 pixels) display, but Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC, 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage, under the hood.
