Micromax Selfie 3 with 16MP Selfie Camera Launched in India: Price and Specification

Indian smartphone manufacturer Micromax has its new selfie-centric smartphone – Micromax Selfie 3, in India. As evident from the name, the main highlight of the Micromax Selfie 3 phone is its cameras.

Micromax Selfie 3 Features

The Micromax Selfie 3 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 435 chipset coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage, which can be expanded using microSD card. It comes with a 5-inch full-HD (1920 x 1080 resolution) and runs on Android Nougat, out of the box. The phone houses a 3000mAh battery and sports a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel.

Since the Micromax Selfie 3 is a selfie-centric phone, it houses a 16MP sensor up front along with a selfie flash and beauty modes. On the flip side, it comes with a 13MP Sony sensor with LED flash, Super Pixel mode, Auto Scene Detection, Portrait mode, HDR and Night mode.

The connectivity options offered by the handset include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth 4.2.

Micromax Selfie 3 Price and Availability

The Micromax Selfie 3 comes in Black and Blue Color options. Micromax has set Selfie 3 price in at Rs. 11,999. It will be made available in offline stores across the country from September 22 onwards.

“The device supports Auto Scene Detection which analyses the type of scene and shooting conditions you’re photographing and then automatically provides the users with options to select the best settings. It also has a Portrait mode, HDR Mode, Night Mode that will make your each photo perfect in any mode,” the company said in its release.
