Infinix has officially confirmed the arrival of the Smart 20 4G in India, with the launch scheduled for June 8. The Smart series has traditionally focused on entry-level buyers, and the upcoming model appears to continue that approach.
120Hz Display and Slim Design
The Smart 20 is expected to feature a 6.67-inch HD+ display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel is also said to reach up to 700 nits of brightness. Given the specs, it’s likely an LCD (non-OLED) panel.
Infinix is advertising a 7.7mm profile, making it one of the slimmer phones in the company’s entry-level portfolio. Marketing images also show a flat-frame design with a metallic-looking finish and four color options: Polaris Titanium, Sunlike Orange, Cloudline Blue, and Shadow Black.
Helio G81 Ultimate and 5,000 mAh Battery
Powering the Smart 20 4G will be MediaTek’s Helio G81 Ultimate processor. This is a version of the old Helio G80, which was based on a 12nm process and supports eMMC 5.1 storage.

The device will pack a 5,200 mAh battery with 15W wired charging and 5W reverse wired charging. It will also feature an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.
The company is also bringing UltraLink, an offline communication feature that can maintain limited device-to-device communication over short distances without relying on a cellular network.
The Smart 20 is expected to feature an 8MP rear camera and support 4G connectivity.
Pricing and other details will be revealed at the launch on June 8.
