HTC U11+ with 18:9 Display and Squeeze Edge Sense Technology Launched: Price and Specifications

Taiwanese tech firm, HTC has brought its flagship phone, HTC U11+ – announced last year- in India. The key highlights of the phone include a full vision display, latest OS, and Edge sense technology that allows you to squeeze and interact with it.

HTC U11+ Features

Basically, the HTC U11+ is the same phone as the original U11, barring a few changes. The fascia of the phone has a 6-inch Super LCD 18:9 display with 2880 x 1440 pixel resolution. Additionally, it boasts of an Edge Launcher, which lets you access notifications and all your apps using a single hand.

Under the hood, the HTC U11+ is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 system-on-chip coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage space. It also supports a microSD card to expand memory up to 2TB.

For photography, it comes with a 12-megapixel Ultrapixel primary camera with OIS and EIS for video stabilization. Upfront, it has an 8-megapixel selfie camera powerful HDR Boost and noise reduction technology.

The HTC U11+ comes running on Android Oreo-based HTC sense OS out of the box and sports a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel. The handset is aided by a 3,930mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 and an IP68 rating for water and dust-resistance.

HTC U11+ India Price and Availability

The HTC U11+ is priced in India at Rs 56,990. It will be available on sale in Amazing Silver color option exclusively on Flipkart from February 7 onwards. HTC says users can soon purchase the U11+ in Ceramic Black color as well.
