Steps to book tickets using BookMyShow-
- Log on to www.bookmyshow.com
- Select your city and or allow the website to detect your location itself.
- Look for the movie you intend to watch. Click on the movie.
- Click on the ‘Book Tickets’ option.
- Select the date you want to book tickets for along with the cinema of your choice.
- Select the timing of the show and then select the number of seats you want to book.
- Select the class and position of your seats (there are mostly various sections like the economy, executive, and more). So click on the seats you want to book.
- Click on ‘Pay’ and you will see the total amount that has to be paid.
- You get an option to select the Food and Beverages combo, if you don’t want it, click on ‘Skip’.

The app can be used not only for shopping but also for paying bills, recharging mobile or other utilities, and even booking tickets for movies and events. You will need to have an AmazonPay wallet to book a movie ticket using the Amazon app.
Here are the steps to book a movie ticket using the Amazon app-
- Open the Amazon app and log into your account.

Steps to book tickets using Paytm-
- Open the Paytm app and scroll down to see the ‘Ticket Booking’ section.
- Choose ‘Movie Tickets’ and select your city.
- Select the movie you want to buy tickets for and choose the cinema and the showtime suitable to you.
- Choose the seats you want to book and click on ‘Book Tickets’. Some rules will be shown, click on ‘Proceed’ to continue.
