Honor has refreshed the MagicBook X16 with a new processor. The 16-inch laptop is available to purchase on Amazon. It ships with decent specifications, enough to perform regular tasks like checking emails, compiling documents, playing movies or web shows, and indulging in casual online games. The Honor MagicBook X16 (2024) comes with an aluminum metal build. The laptop has a modern design from the front with thin bezels on the top and sides. The backlit keyboard has large keys that are easy to locate. When closed, one can see the company’s branding on the lid at the center. Moreover, the metallic build and the minimal design give the laptop a premium look.

Out of the box, the Honor MagicBook X16 (2024) comes with a 16-inch FHD IPS anti-glare screen. It also has a TUV Rheinland low blue light certification. The screen has a peak brightness of 350 nits and an aspect ratio of 16:10. The two 2W speakers add to the multimedia experience.
Interestingly, the laptop also has an e-book mode suitable for reading articles online. On the top and the sides, the bezels measure only 4.5mm, which gives the laptop a modern look. The laptop comes with Windows 11 pre-installed. Regarding battery life, the Honor MagicBook X16 provides up to nine hours of battery life on a single charge. The 65W Type-C adapter charges the device up to 45 percent in about 30 minutes.
In addition, the charger also supports multi-device charging, implying that users can charge other devices with the laptop. Other features include a full-size numeric keyboard, a 720p HD webcam, Honor Connect, efficient cooling for faster performance, one HDMI 2.1 port, two USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 ports, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Last but not least, the laptop measures 17.9mm thick when closed and weighs 1.68 kilograms.
