The V series phones from Vivo have been a way to bring their cutting-edge camera performance to the mainstream. The company has moved to a bi-annual launch cycle, with the Vivo V50 series due to launch soon.
While there are reports circulating about the launch of the V50, we can confidently say that the Vivo V50 is coming to global markets starting next month, February. The India launch of the phone is expected to happen around the third week of February, with the 18th as the tentative date.

The V50 series also comes with a major change. This time around, there is no V50 Pro planned for immediate release alongside the regular V50 model. That said, there is a chance of the Pro model launching at a later date.
Vivo V50 Specifications (Speculated)
The Vivo V50 is expected to feature a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, potentially paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
In terms of optics, the V50 is rumored to retain the 50MP primary camera, alongside a 50MP ultra-wide camera like that of the Vivo V40, and a 50MP sensor for selfies.

Additionally, the phone is expected to launch with the latest Funtouch OS 15 build, an in-display fingerprint scanner, IP68 rating, Zeiss optics, and a 6,000mAh battery with 80W charging support.
