TL;DR
  • The OnePlus Nord CE 5 design has been revealed ahead of the launch.
  • Its new dual-camera setup is vertically aligned within two oval rings, closely resembling the iPhone 16’s layout.
  • Internally, the phone will include a 6.7-inch OLED display, a Dimensity 8350 chip, a 7,100 mAh battery with 80W charging, a 50MP + 8MP rear camera setup, and a 16MP front camera.

Following our recent exclusive on the OnePlus Nord CE 5’s specs, we’re back with another scoop: the design of the Nord CE 5, which is set to launch in May 2025 in India. We’ve obtained an exclusive render of the device’s design. It sports a fresh new look with a dual-camera array reminiscent of the iPhone 16. Here’s what you need to know.

The Nord CE 5 features a flat frame and a flat back, moving away from the rounded frame of the Nord CE 4. The back panel is clean, with the OnePlus logo centered, but the highlight is the dual-camera array up top.

The cameras are housed in an oval shape within two distinct rings, a design that echoes the iPhone 16’s vertical camera layout. Nestled between the two camera rings is a dot—its purpose unclear, possibly a sensor or microphone. A flash sits to the side, completing the module.

This design aligns closely with the OnePlus 13T and OPPO K13, both of which feature oval camera rings, but the Nord CE 5’s execution feels more minimalist. The color in the render is representational, so the final product color may vary.
